1. Scope and Audience
This Privacy Policy explains how PLAYAVES ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in playaves.com and mobile games published by PLAYAVES that link to this Policy. Our games are intended for users aged 13 and older and do not require an account or sign-in. Age eligibility and advertising rules may vary by country. This Policy does not cover games published by other entities or third-party services outside our control.
2. Information Confirmed in Our Games
Our current implementation information identifies the following data categories as processed in our games: (a) Android advertising identifier (Advertising ID), where available and permitted; (b) analytics and usage events, such as app sessions and interactions; and (c) country or approximate geographic region. Country-level information is not the same as precise GPS location. We have not confirmed that the games request precise location access. These categories are not necessarily exhaustive of data automatically processed by integrated SDKs; see the next section.
3. Additional Data Third-Party SDKs May Process
Depending on SDK version, configuration, device, region, and consent choices, advertising and analytics providers may also process IP address, device and app characteristics, operating system, advertising events, ad engagement, diagnostic information, performance data, and identifiers. This is a description of possible SDK processing, not a claim that every listed category is collected by every PLAYAVES game. PLAYAVES must verify the SDK versions, network traffic, provider documentation, and final app build to confirm the actual collection and sharing.
4. Advertising and Analytics Partners
Our games integrate Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource (including Unity LevelPlay where applicable), and Google Firebase Analytics. AdMob, Unity Ads, and ironSource are used to deliver or manage rewarded video and interstitial advertisements. Firebase Analytics helps us understand usage and improve our games. Advertising providers may use information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency management, fraud prevention, and, where legally permitted, ad personalization. Providers may act as independent controllers or service providers depending on the data and circumstances. 5. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide and maintain our games, understand how they are used, improve gameplay, deliver and measure advertisements, help detect invalid traffic or abuse, and respond to privacy or support requests. We do not require players to create accounts. Any additional data uses in a particular game must be disclosed separately or reflected in an updated Policy.
6. Advertising Choices and Consent
Our games may show rewarded advertisements that players choose to watch for an in-game benefit, as well as interstitial advertisements. Whether advertising is personalized depends on SDK settings, local law, age-related requirements, and any applicable consent choices. Where required, we must obtain valid consent or provide other legally required controls before relevant processing begins. You can review available advertising and privacy controls in your device settings. Resetting or limiting an advertising identifier may not stop all advertisements or all forms of data processing.
7. Age 13+ and Children’s Privacy
PLAYAVES games covered by this Policy are intended for users aged 13 and older; they are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly request account registration or direct contact details from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it. Age thresholds and parental-consent requirements differ by jurisdiction, and some users aged 13–17 may be legally considered children. We must configure our advertising SDKs and Google Play audience declarations accordingly. A 13+ label by itself does not establish compliance with child-privacy rules.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
Information may be transmitted to the advertising and analytics providers listed above as part of the SDKs integrated into our games. Those providers may use or disclose data as described in their own notices and applicable contracts. We may also disclose information where legally required or to protect users and the integrity of our services. We do not claim that all data remains exclusively on the user's device. Whether certain advertising disclosures constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under a particular privacy law requires assessment of the actual SDK configuration and jurisdiction.
9. Retention and Security
Retention periods depend on the data category, Firebase and advertising partner settings, and applicable legal requirements. We seek to limit retention to what is needed for the stated purposes and apply reasonable security safeguards. Third-party providers may set their own retention schedules. We cannot promise absolute security. Specific retention periods should be verified against the production configurations before publication.
10. Your Rights and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact contact@playaves.com with the game name and a description of your request. Because our games do not require accounts, we may need additional non-sensitive details to identify relevant data, and some records may be held by third-party SDK providers. We will explain available options and respond as required by applicable law. Do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents.
11. Website and External Links
When you visit playaves.com, the website host may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details for delivering and securing the site. This does not mean that the mobile advertising SDKs are running on the website. Our website may link to Google Play and other third-party sites, whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies. If we later add cookies, tracking pixels, forms, or other website analytics, we will update this notice as appropriate.
12. International Transfers
Our third-party technology providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by law, applicable contractual or other transfer safeguards must be used. The precise countries and transfer mechanisms depend on the providers and configurations in use.
